			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Asthma and Allergies is becoming fastest growing problem in every community. The Environment Protection Agency US clarifies that our inside air quality creates more pollution in environment.</p>
<p>Nowadays, several people are suffering with asthma and allergies increasingly, these type of diseases are not effected its patients in past. The major reason behind affecting patients is because their lungs are not such clean and smooth to breathe it easily. The physical environment also important for us, EPA identifies that cleaner environment and surrounding can reduce further allergies and asthma problems. Today, Asthma is even popular disease we usually use to hear that every next child and adult suffering a lot. Reduction of Asthma &amp; Allergies can be done by cleaning products, protection from dusty zones, and use of cleaner carpets. Construction and Development of new homes also infects allergic patients because toxic agents like Paints, carpets, floor washes etc.</p>
<p>In conclusion we can get that allergic and asthma patients must aware about environment and try to create healthy atmosphere to reduce these diseases.</p>

Asthma patients are mostly found in heavy polluted cities where there are not any health related programs in progress to evolve several diseases. Carbon Monoxide is real dangerous for allergic patients because it chokes lungs and creates sudden breathing problems.</p>

Stay away from dairy products and highly salty foods and all kinds of artificial additives. Drink water around 9-13 cups daily in your routine life. Sometimes it is said that Tabasco sauce reduces asthma attacks.</p>

A weight that is right for your height, loosing fats, means to avoid many health problems. In the top of the diseases that are caused by the obesity are the heart diseases. The overweight persons are at the huge risk of suffering a lethal stroke. The angina, the high blood pressure and the high levels of the blood fats and of the cholesterol are also caused by the improper weight and may lead to the death of the person.  </p>
<p>There are two types of diabetes that can be avoided by having a right weight. The overweight persons are twice as likely to suffer from type 1 diabetes and also type 2 diabetes. The people who already have these diseases may control their blood sugar levels by loosing some weight and by doing regular exercises.</p>
<p>Another problem that can be avoided by loosing weight is the sleep apnea, a disease that cause stop breathing, make you sleepy during the day and even the failure of the heart.<br />
Osteoarthritis is another health problem that can be avoided by loosing weight. It is a disease that affects the hips, the knees and the lower back because of the high pressure that these body`s parts have to endure.</p>
<p>Some types of cancer can also be avoided by not being overweight. The cancer of the ovary, uterus, colon, cervix, breast and gallbladder may appear at the overweight women, while the overweight men may develop the cancer of prostate, return and colon.<br />
People who are overweight may suffer from gout, a disease that is painful and caused by the blood`s uric acid high levels. The people who have this disease and want to loose weight have to consult a doctor prior to starting any diet.</p>
<p>The gallstones and the Gallbladder disease are also on the list of the health problem that can be avoided by having the proper weight. The gallstones can be developed by the persons who try to loose weight very fast.</p>
<p>As you can see, the problems that are caused by the overweight are not few and not at all simple. Loosing the extra weight is much more than looking good and being able to wear your clothes again, is about having a good health, far way from these dangerous diseases.</p>

But, in the same time with its popularity, the prejudices about fitness appeared too. One of them is that only the tough and difficult trainings have results. The negative consequence is that, although they are aware of the moving importance, many persons avoid it. The truth is that is enough to come to the fitness club twice or third times a week and to combine the easy cardio exercises with the easy force exercises. If you like the challenges, you can step to a moderate or difficult intensity, with some exercises for flexibility too.</p>
<p>The fitness exercise have proven to be very good for the body and especially for the heart; the training helps the heart`s muscles to be more efficient. The good cholesterol is boosted by the fitness exercises, the blood fats and the blood pressure are low due to the trainings, and the circulatory system is helped to function well. All these reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack.<br />
Other benefits of the fitness are the stronger bones and muscles, a better flexibility. The exercises help to avoid the development of the bones disease named osteoporosis.</p>
<p>The mental health cans also beneficiate from the fitness exercises, the anxiety and the stress being eliminated. The quality of sleep can be improved and the energy can be also enhanced. If coming to a fitness club is too difficult for you, you have some alternatives, such as a 20 minutes walk, couple time of week. Don`t forget that less is better than nothing. Even if your entire life you will do nothing by a walk around your house, twice a week.  An important aspect is that once you start to make something healthy for your organism, a miracle happens: the body starts to ask for more. Moving makes us to feel good because our organism was made to be active. So, if we will allow having an active life versus we will force ourselves to be active, will obtain results.</p>

Loosing weigh is not about starving or about trying to getting off what you eat,  is about being health, with a weight that fits to your height, about eliminating the fats from your body and putting some fiber.</p>
<p>The reasons that make people want to loose weight are various: some of them don`t feel good with their own look, other people have health problems that really implies to get off some kilos. No matter the reason, loosing weight is a process that inquires first of all a visit to a doctor to examine you and decide what diet you should follow during the loosing weight process. Every step on the process must be done under the specialist`s advice. The doctor will ask you about your family`s history regarding some diseases, will make all the necessary investigation and after that will decide how much weight you need to loose.</p>
<p>The loosing of the extra pounds is not something that can happen is a day, so no drastic measures should be taken. Loosing weight fast will have as a result the loosing of the muscular mass and not the loosing of weight. The fast process of loosing pounds may lead to other health problems. The nutritionists say that the best is to loose one pound in a week.<br />
In the obesity problem, for example, it seems that an important role is played by the every individual`s cultural influences as well as by the genetic structure of the person. So, not all the diets are proper for all people, it depends on each person`s body, metabolism, way of living, the way the body is processing the food, and so on.</p>
<p>A very well known problem is that some people loose some weight and than come back to the old weight. That`s why is very important to have a healthy diet and an exercises program to maintain the right weight.    </p>
<p>During the process of loosing weight the person who follows the program needs all the support from the family, friends, colleagues, relatives. The support groups also help a lot the people to take the process to a happy end. By understanding these persons and not by judging them we can help them to have a healthy body and a healthy life.</p>

A series of works shows the hemodynamic effects of a well body shape, obtained and cultivated by a systematic physical effort. The increasing of the effort ability is extremely helpful at the people that have problems with the heart, people that have a precarious quality of life because of some physical limitations caused by their disease. The effects of the training  depends on the genetic heritage, the age, the level of the physical ability at the beginning of the training, the structure of the training program, the sickness level and the previous training.</p>
<p>Generally, by fitness we understand the that physical condition of an individual that allow the life`s course in optimum conditions without a feeling of being tired. A healthy person, under the cardiovascular aspect, with a specific fitness, can follow a program of a more intense training, comparative with the physical effort that is indicated to a sedentary an untrained person. It is not indicated the group physical training without a previous medical check of the persons. There are at least 6 to 10 training weeks necessary to reach a specific level of the physical condition and the same period of time is necessary to loose the physical level. </p>
<p>We all should be aware that is very accessible for everybody to make some physical effort, and to make it with pleasure, from the necessity of well that the effort creates it. The physical training implies a gradually, progressive physical effort that in time is accompanied by functional and morphological modifications that reflect the progressive adaptation and amelioration of performances. For the healthy people, but also for the people who suffer from heart diseases, the training type that helps the cardiovascular system and the breathing system is the aerobat effort, or the resistance effort. Not only the effort`s intensity but especially the frequency and the lasting of the solicitation through effort are very necessary for a rational training. A frequency of 3 to 5 times a week it seems to be the indicated one, as well as at least 10 minutes of physical effort on a sitting are absolutely necessary. It is obligatory to individualize the training program that the effort solicitation to be in harmony with the person`s needs, capacity and fitness.</p>
