The  fitness industry have known a huge development in the latest years and in the same time, more and more people have started to understand what are the benefits of a fitness program and to be aware of the importance played by fitness in keeping them healthy and in a good shape. But, in the same time with its popularity, the prejudices about fitness appeared too. One of them is that only the tough and difficult trainings have results. The negative consequence is that, although they are aware of the moving importance, many persons avoid it. The truth is that is enough to come to the fitness club twice or third times a week and to combine the easy cardio exercises with the easy force exercises. If you like the challenges, you can step to a moderate or difficult intensity, with some exercises for flexibility too.

The fitness exercise have proven to be very good for the body and especially for the heart; the training helps the heart`s muscles to be more efficient. The good cholesterol is boosted by the fitness exercises, the blood fats and the blood pressure are low due to the trainings, and the circulatory system is helped to function well. All these reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack.
Other benefits of the fitness are the stronger bones and muscles, a better flexibility. The exercises help to avoid the development of the bones disease named osteoporosis.

The mental health cans also beneficiate from the fitness exercises, the anxiety and the stress being eliminated. The quality of sleep can be improved and the energy can be also enhanced. If coming to a fitness club is too difficult for you, you have some alternatives, such as a 20 minutes walk, couple time of week. Don`t forget that less is better than nothing. Even if your entire life you will do nothing by a walk around your house, twice a week.  An important aspect is that once you start to make something healthy for your organism, a miracle happens: the body starts to ask for more. Moving makes us to feel good because our organism was made to be active. So, if we will allow having an active life versus we will force ourselves to be active, will obtain results.
